Every year for our Mother's Day project we paint the small
clay pots. During your Mother's Day Tea party, the children sing
"You are my Sunshine" and deliver the flower to their mother. We
will to the tea party theme day around mothers day & make a
card for mom. For a Mother's Day/End of the Year gift, I print out
a poem on cardstock about the kids growing up and getting bigger
and how much their mom has helped them. For mothers day my 3 year
old class made hot plates for mom. This project took a little time
but my children's mothers loved it! For Mother's Day (this would
work for Fathers, too) I had my 2-3 yr olds make bookmarks for mom.
